Description
PrecisionGhost runs two independent S/R engines on a single chart — a fast reaction engine for developing levels and a structural pivot engine for broader context. The combination provides a layered view of where price is interacting now versus where larger structural memory exists from prior history.
The Fast Ghost engine detects developing swing highs and lows in real time using an ATR-scaled model. New levels appear as white dotted ghost lines with a touch countdown. Each time price enters the proximity band from a fresh approach, the counter increments. At threshold, the level promotes to confirmed — turning solid green for support or solid red for resistance. Cyan indicates an active retest is underway. A Zone mode merges clustered swings and accumulates touches rather than resetting, better suited to consolidating conditions.
The Stable Pivot engine builds broader structural levels from EMA-smoothed swings over a wider lookback. These represent higher-order price memory — areas where sustained reactions have previously occurred. In Auto mode, the engine adjusts lookback, proximity snapping, and range filtering by instrument tier so it scales appropriately without manual tuning when switching symbols.
The two engines are fully independent. When both cluster near the same price, that confluence may carry additional structural relevance. A status label displays the nearest active support and resistance levels at a glance.
A context layer for understanding where price has memory — and how much conviction has built around it.
